Advocate IEP provides free educational consulting and advocacy services to families, including phone consultation, IEP/504 meeting attendance (in person or virtually), and assistance with navigating the special education process. We may also offer digital products and downloadable resources. Our services are provided at no cost unless otherwise stated for a specific product.

Advocate IEP provides educational advocacy, not legal advice or legal representation. We are not attorneys and our services do not create an attorney-client relationship. You should consult a qualified attorney for legal advice regarding your specific situation. Our resources and guidance are for general informational purposes only.

To access certain features — such as protected downloads or purchased content — you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Some resources may be offered for purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe, and by making a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms as well as these Terms. All sales are in U.S. dollars. Unless otherwise stated at the point of sale, digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

We reserve the right to modify pricing and availability of paid products at any time. Changes will not affect purchases you have already made.

Downloadable resources provided by Advocate IEP — whether free or paid — are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from these materials without our written permission. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the content we provide.

You agree not to:

• Use our site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
• Upload documents or content that you do not have the right to share.
• Reproduce, sell, or distribute our downloadable resources without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our site or services.

You are responsible for the content of any documents you upload to Advocate IEP. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate any third party's rights. We may review uploaded documents solely to provide consultation and will handle them in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and downloadable materials — is the property of Advocate IEP or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.

Our services and resources are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from our advocacy or consultation, including outcomes of IEP or 504 meetings, eligibility determinations, or dispute resolutions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advocate IEP and BreathEasy Administrative Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or resources. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service at issue, or $50, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advocate IEP and BreathEasy Administrative Services LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

Our site links to and relies on third-party services such as Stripe for payments and other providers. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third parties, and their use is subject to their own terms and policies.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services and access downloads ceases immediately.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Nevada.
